For breakfast I made 6 eggwhites with hotsauce and old fashioned oats, with 8 blackberries. I packed a few snacks for work. One is raw almonds and a mineola and the other is 2T peanut butter and an apple. For lunch I am going to have a big fat, veggie filled salad and some edamame. Dinner will be whole wheat spaghetti with turkey sausage (out of casing) and string beans. I am having the carb with dinner because I still plan to workout tonight. AND...it is week four of Ripped in 30. LORD HELP ME! It is my second day doing it... I will definitely need the carbs! :)
One thing I have noticed, I cannot STOP PEEING! OMG!!!!!!!!! I guess all those toxins are going buh-bye! :) I am not bloated at all and no headache, as of yet...
I am going into this with an open mind and will NOT beat myself up, if I fail or slip up. I already try to eat very clean, so the food part, should not be an issue. And.... now that I have had my first fiber drink, I think I just might survive. I also have all my IG girls to do this with, so that helps A TON!!! It will definitely keep me motivated and less likely to cheat. Oh and I have my hubby. He is not doing the actual cleanse but...he is eating what I eat and doing 30-day shred! I am so proud of him. I hope he sticks with it. We leave for Florida in four weeks so it is crunch time, at my house! The cleanse is also going to keep us from eating out so much. I LOVE to cook, so this gives me an excuse to do just that. I went to the grocery store and stocked up on all we need. I made out a complete 10-day menu as well. So here is to the cleanse and feeling even more fit, in 10 days!!
